I dunno if the quality is awful from this - but this is my friend julie at Nike Nationals 2010. She tripped and got spiked in the beginning of the race. She finished the race though, and needed 25 stitches in her leg. You can still see the scars
She’s legit. I kinda wanna send this picture to a Nike rep and talk to them about an ad…… how cool would that be?

Its the only time I really feel at peace. When I’m completely dead in the middle of a run with about 2 miles to go. The moment when you’re about to give up on yourself but you find it within you to push out that little extra you had. The moment when determination drives out the pain. Those are the best moments in life.
